Jesse Densil Worthington Owner densil@worthingtonfuneralhome.com

A native of Chadbourn, Densil is a second generation family owner/operator.  Upon his graduation from High School, he attended East Carolina University and optained his degree in Chemistry. Densil has been a licensed funeral director since 1976 and the owner & operator since 1984. Densil is also a member of Chadbourn United Methodist Church, where he currently serves as treasurer and a member of the Chadbourn Lions Club.

C. Lance Soles Full-time, Funeral Director and Embalmer Trainee lance@worthingtonfuneralhome.com

Lance is a native of Chadbourn and has been employed by Worthington Funeral Home since September of 2014 (age 14). He is currently enrolled in the Mortuary Science Program in Fayetteville and will be licensed to practice Funeral Directing and Embalming in the year of 2020/2021.  Lance currently serves as the pianist of Fair Bluff Church of God, of which he is a member.

Andy Joe Hammond Full-time, Embalmer

Andy has been employed by Worthington Funeral Home for over 20 years and has been licensed to practice embalming for over 40 years. He attended Gupton Jones College of Mortuary Science in Atlanta and currently resides in Nichols, SC.

Lefell G. Worthington Full-time, Administrative services, visitation hostess.

Lefell is the wife of Densil Worthington and has been employed by Worthington Funeral Home since 2009. Lefell currently attends Chadbourn United Methodist Church, which she serves in various roles.

Willis Horton Part-time, Funeral Attendant

Willis has been assisting with funerals since 1986 and is a member of Western Prong Baptist Church, where he recently served as a deacon for several years.

Jerry has been employed by Worthington Funeral Home for several years. He is a native of Chadbourn and is an active member of Chadbourn Baptist Church.
