Obituary

Wanda Gail Nance Dudney, age 72 of Chadbourn, passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022, while in the Lower Cape Fear Angel House in Whiteville, NC.

Wanda was born on June 7, 1950, in Robeson County, to the late Odius Nance and Mildred Edwards Nance. She was also preceded in death by her son, Patrick Cain Dudney, Jr. and her siblings, Doris Atkinson and Saundra Harrison.

A memorial service will be announced soon.

She is survived by her husband, Patrick “Pat” Cain Dudney, Sr. of the home; a daughter, Lynn D. Richardson of Chadbourn; grandchildren, Amanda Richardson, and Katelyn Richardson; great-grandchildren: Leai, Kaden, Le’Onna, Layla, Kaleb, and Carly Jess; siblings, James Nance, Julia Bolton, Mavis Jackson, Donald Nance, and Bonnie Smith.
