Trinity Jean Cox, 17, of Chadbourn, went home to be with the Lord on September 20, 2025.

Trinity was born on September 21, 2007 to William Aaron (Kari) Cox of Clarendon and Autumn Deplessis of Whiteville; co-parents and paternal grandparents, William Robin and Stephanie Cox of Chadbourn; siblings, Nathan Cox, Tara Cox, Konnor Freedle, Kelsey Freedle, Luke Cox, Pamela, Bethaney, Rachel, Faith, Toby McPherson; paternal aunts and uncles, Christy (Corey) Evans, Alisha (Danny) Lewis, Josh (Kelsey) Cox; maternal grandparents, Harold and Tina Duplessis; maternal aunts, Summer and Marie Duplessis, and many cousins who were loved.

Funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025 at Worthington Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Lewis officiating, Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at the home of Robin & Stephanie Cox- 12100 Peacock Road, Chadbourn.
