Tommie Joe Nobles, 84, of Evergreen went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 28, 2025 at his residence.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Thursday at Chadbourn Memorial Cemetery, with Pastor Charles Dudley officiating. The family will speak to friends following the graveside service at the cemetery.

Tommie Joe was born on August 14, 1940, son of the late Carley Nobles and Minnie Lee Nobles. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Curtis Nobles and Bob Nobles. 

The surviving family includes his wife, Sarah Carter Nobles; two sons, Harold Wayne Nobles, Sr. and wife, Wanda, of Chadbourn, Kent Fowler and wife, Christa, of Chadbourn; grandchildren, Harold W. Nobles, Jr. (Brenda), Logan Fowler (Brittany), Austin Fowler (Leslie); great-grandchildren, Landon, Paisley, Lucas, Lawson; siblings, Wade Nobles, Dempsey Nobles, Sidney Nobles, Sue Nobles, James Nobles, Jimmy Nobles, Fannie Nobles, Johnny Nobles.
