Timothy Wayne Sibbett, 65, of Whiteville, passed away on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at Novant-New Hanover Regional Meical Center.

Tim was born on January 31, 1960, son of the late John Sibbett and Mamie Tyree Sibbett. He was also preceded by his “honey”, Shelia Ward.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at Worthington Funeral Home with Pastor Buddy Seay officiating. Burial will follow in the Sugar Berry Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening at Worthington Funeral Home.

Tim is survived by his brother, William Sibbett (Tina); nieces and nephews, Bonnie Sibbett (Shelton), Jayson Sibbett, Shawn Osbourne (Ericka); great-nieces & nephews, Elizabeth Parker, Abigail Tyree, Jesse Tyree, Sable Skipper, Damion Skipper, Xander Skipper, Sadie Osbourne, Colton Osbourne; special friend, Terry Smith; special “daughter” Melissa Sealey; grandchildren, Austin Hyatt and Reagan Hyatt.
