Mrs. Terry Lynn West Baylor, age 48 of Lake Waccamaw died Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday , May 16, 2009 at Worthington Funeral Home with Reverend David Todd and Dr. David Coleman officiating. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Kenneth West. Jr. She is survived by her husband, Raymond Arthur Baylor of Lake Waccamaw; mother and step-father, Carol B. and Stokes Kisiah of Whiteville; father and step-mother, Bobbie and John Kenneth West, Sr. of Whiteville. The family will receive friends from 1 - 2 p.m. (one hour prior) Saturday at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn. No service information has been added.
