Tammie Cales Sasser Obituary
Whiteville: Mrs. Tammie Cales Sasser, age 47 of Whiteville died Saturday at Northside Hospital Forsyth, Cumming, Ga. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Martha P. Cales and also preceded in death by a son, Joseph Sasser. She was employed by BBT at the Lake Waccamaw Branch. Final rites will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at Worthington Funeral Home with Reverend Richard Priest and Reverend Larry Priest officiating. Interment will follow in Whiteville Memorial Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Allen Sasser of the home; a daughter, Miranda S. Patrick of Dawsonville, GA; step-son, Allen Dewayne Sasser of Rocky Point and a step-daughter, Melissa Hart of Wilmington; a sister, Pam Ennett of Wilmington; four grandchildren. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn. No service information has been added.
