Steven Duncan Obituary

Steven Ray Duncan, age 40 of Hallsboro, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville.

Smurf, as he was lovingly known was born on August 17, 1980 in Orange County. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Betty Sue Hursey and Bo M. Duncan; his maternal grandmother, Grace Sasser, and uncle, Richard Lane Duncan.

A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 23, 2021 at Worthington Funeral Home.

Survivors include his parents, David Lee Duncan and Janice Faye Sasser Duncan, both of Whiteville; children, Austin Ray Duncan, Nicholas Scott Duncan, and Madison Marie Duncan; sister, Lynn Duncan of Wilmington.
