Sarah Ann (Suggs) Adams

Sarah Ann Suggs Adams, age 51 of Chadbourn, passed away on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville.

Sarah was born on June 22, 1970, in Columbus County. She was preceded in death by her father, Gary Dale Suggs and her husband who preceded her Billy Michael Adams, Jr. in 2006.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at the Flynn Cemetery in Whiteville with Reverend Warren Hill officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00-2:30, prior to the service, at Worthington Funeral Home. 

Survivors include her sons, Taylor Housand Adams (Megan) of Delco, Christopher Lynn Adams of Chadbourn; step-son, Brandon Adams (Sunshine) of Tabor City; mother, Nancy Gail Housand Suggs; siblings, Teresa Dowless (Bruce) of Tar Heel, Gary Dale Suggs, II (Allie) of Chadbourn; fiancé’, Scot Sellers; grandchildren, Shayleigh Adams, Caleb Benson, and Matthew Adams.
