Sandra Kay (VanLehn) Noon

Sandra Kay VanLehn Noon, 76, of Statesville, NC, passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at the Mitchell Mack Hospice House in Mooresville, NC.

Sandra was born on January 6, 1947, in Canton, Ohio, daughter of the late Richard Edward VanLehn and Edith Virgina Thompson VanLehn-Williamson. Sandra was also the widow of Julio Noon.

Graveside memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on November 18, 2023, at Union Valley Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Floyd Parker officiating. 

She is survived by her three children: Kevin Alexander Noon and wife, Jamie, of Pickerington, Ohio, Brian N. Noon of Japan, Kimberly Amber Noon Whitaker of Mooresville, NC; two grandchildren, Megan Riley Whitaker, and Noah James Whitaker; two siblings, Michael VanLehn and wife, Patricia, of Troy, Michigan, and Ronald “Ron” Bruce VanLehn of Olathe, KS.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Mitchell Mack Hospice House in Mooresville, NC.
