Samantha Lynn (McPherson) Bayne

Samantha Lynn McPherson Bayne age 49, of Whiteville entered into her Heavenly home on Saturday, March 13, 2021, at her residence.

She was the widow of Robert Odell Bayne who preceded her in 2008.  She is the daughter of Yvonne Bowen McPherson and the late Acey Devon McPherson.

Final rites will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Worthington Funeral Home; Interment will follow in the Bayne Family Cemetery (at the residence.) Rev. Ross Altman will officiate the service. 

The family will receive friends 12:30 pm until time of the service on Wednesday at Worthington Funeral Home.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Jessica Lynette Bayne (Mark Travis Coleman) of Shallotte; two sons, Brandon Allen Bowles and Cory Andrew Bayne both of the home; eight siblings, Shelia M. Ward (Tim) of Whiteville, Judy M. Ikner (Roy) of Clarendon, Lisa M. Nobles of Whiteville, Carolyn M. Canady (Sam) of Whiteville, Brenda M. Sarvis (Randy) of Whiteville, Annie M. Long (Jeff) of Nakina, Randall Allen McPherson (Amanda) of Whiteville and Braydon Dale McPherson of Whiteville; two grandchildren, Marc Cameron Coleman and  Jaxon Avery Coleman.
