Rodney Norris Obituary

Rodney Harold Norris, age 46 of Whiteville, died on Friday afternoon, November 13, 2020, at Duke University Hospital in Durham, following an illness.

Mr. Norris was born on January 20, 1974 in Columbus County. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Ann Todd Norris.

Final rites will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at the Worthington Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Terry Green officiating. Interment will follow in the Whiteville Memorial Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm. until 1:45 pm on Tuesday prior to the service.

Funeral services will be streamed live on the Worthington Funeral Home Facebook page.

The family request that you wear a facemask and social distancing be observed.

To cherish his memory, Rodney leaves behind his wife, Ann Marie Kelly Norris of Fayetteville; son, Sean A. Clewis of Fayetteville; father, Richard Harold Norris of the home, and his sister, Angela N. Martin and husband, Wayne, of Norwood.
