Mr. Ralph Grady Lewis, age 73 of Chadbourn died Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice LifeCare Center in Whiteville. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Smyrna Baptist Church with Reverend Ted Riedel, Dr. Welmer Skipper and Dr. Ray Lundy officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. He was the son of the late George Grady and Inez Skipper Lewis and was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Lewis Long. He is survived by his wife, Marie Strickland Lewis of the home; a son, Marty Allan Lewis of Whiteville; a sister, Juanita Walker of Chadbourn. The family will receive friends Friday 7-9 p.m. at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn. No service information has been added.
