It is with deep sorrow that we share Phillip Michael Palmer, 32, was tragically taken from this side of eternity due to a heartbreaking act of violence, on March 17th, 2025.

He was kind, thoughtful, and always looking for little ways to show he was thinking of you. With a tender heart, he cared deeply for those around him. He always knew how to make you laugh with his goofy childlike heart and silly quirks. He loved all things creative,  having a passion for music, was a talented writer, movie enthusiast, and always inspired by the beauty of nature. 

He has been welcomed and is fully embraced by the love of Jesus, his Savior, and has his forever home in Heaven.

He will be greatly missed and is survived by his mother, Gaynell Kelly; his sisters, Jessica Bowden, Whitney Kelly, Amanda Casnave, and Courtney Tillis; his brother, Melvin Smith; his nephew, Tyler Bowden; and his father, Keith Palmer. He also had an online community and many friends whom he loved and who greatly loved him.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
