Phillip Lowell Evans

Phillip Lowell Evans age 61 of Chadbourn, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021, at his home, following a recent illness.

Phillip was born on May 6, 1959 in Lumberton, to the late Hubert Carey Evans and Juliet Lennon Evans. He was also preceded in death by his fiancé, Melissa Corder.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, January 22, 2021 at the Singletary Cemetery (Old Boardman Road) Bladenboro with Reverend Kevin Kinlaw officiating.

Survivors include his sons, Phillip Heath Evans (Cassie Ivey) of Evergreen, Joshua Brian Evans of Whiteville; step-daughters, Brandy Love of Chadbourn and Nichole Curden of Whiteville; sister, June Evans Curry (David) of Evergreen. He also leaves behind five grandchildren, Adrianna Evans, Taylor Evans, Rainey Evans, Peyton Evans and Suri Evans; step-grandchildren, Whitney Love, Micheal Love, Jessica Love, Destiny Love, Dayson Gerald, and Kendal Gerald; step-great-grandchildren, Za'Kiyah Johnson, Markus Bullock, Jayda Bullock, and one on the way.
