Otis Franklin Waddell, age 65 of Fair Bluff, died on Saturday, January 2, 2021 at his home.

Otis was born on September 23, 1955 in Cumberland County, to the late Otis Clifton and Idell Tew Waddell.

A service will be held at a later date.

Survivors include a daughter, Brandi Sue Loop (Michael) of West Virginia; step-children, Tara Stewart of North Carolina, Tonya Stewart of Loris, James Stewart (Tammy) of Arizona, Cory Stewart of Holden Beach; several grand and great-grandchildren.
