Marty Benton Obituary

Marty Estol Benton, age 53 of Chadbourn, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare “Angel House” in Whiteville.

Marty was born on March 31, 1972, in Whiteville, NC, to the late Estol Clifton Benton.

Graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at the Spring Branch Holiness Church Cemetery (1230 Fred Powell Road, Whiteville), Pastor Andrew Smith of Mt. Zion Pentecostal Church in Pembroke will officiate.

Surviving family includes his mother, Mable Cribb Benton of Chadbourn; and a brother, Brian Benton (Rosemary) of Chadbourn.
