Larry Clifton Nealy

Larry Clifton Nealy, age 66 of the Beaverdam Community in Chadbourn, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville.

Larry was born on April 8, 1955, in Columbus County, to the late Garcie Clifton and Cathleen Blackwell Nealy. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Jerry Nealey and Lucille Nealey, and his brothers-in-law, Roger Soles and Harold Dean Singletary.

Larry served in the United States Army, during the Vietnam War.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. with Reverend Derick Batten officiating. 

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home on Monday

Larry leaves behind his wife, Tina Marie DeLong Nealy of the home; children: Tommecca (Bobby) Stevens of Chadbourn, Cathrine Nealy of Cerro Gordo, Shakora (Nick) Lee of Evergreen, Larry “Junior” Nealy of Bolivia; siblings: Doris (Jerry) Hulon of Whiteville, Jane (Roy) Locklear of Tabor City, Linda Soles of Bladenboro, Carol Singletary of Tabor City, Brenda (Johnny) Jernigan of Whiteville; nine Grandchildren.
