Obituary
Kathy Ann Nobles Phillips, 65, of the Mollie community in Clarendon, died on April 9, 2023.
Kathy was born on October 6, 1957, in Columbus County, daughter of the late Berley Lee Nobles and Ola Faye Lewis Nobles. In addition to her parents, Kathy is also preceded in death by her brother, Dothan Lee Soles.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 14, 2023, at the Sellers Cemetery in Beaverdam (Maybelle Lane, Chadbourn), with Pastor Buddy Seay officiating.
The family will greet friends at the cemetery on Friday.
Kathy leaves behind her children: Monica F. Nobles (Alberto Arellano) of Whiteville, Stephen Earl Jenrette, II of Chadbourn, Randy Lee Jenrette of Chadbourn, William Eugene Phillips (NeNe) of Chadbourn; step-children, Linda Fowler, Jennifer Phillips, Rita Phillips siblings, Wanda Sellers (Pete) of Chadbourn, David Soles (Judy) of Denton, Sylvia Nobles of Clarendon, Patricia Ward (Ronald) of Clarendon, Teresa White (Roland) of Chadbourn; 13 grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and five step great-grandchildren.
