Kathern "Kathy" Ann Jackson

Kathern "Kathy" Jackson, age 76 of Whiteville, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at the Lower Cape Fear Angel House in Whiteville, NC. 

Kathy was born on February 4, 1949 in Red Sulphur Springs, WV to the late Clyde Thomason and Anna Christine Mann. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Howard Jackson Jr. in 2011. 

Services will be held later. 

The surviving family includes her children, Suzanne Michelle Duncan and Larry Scott Duncan both of Whiteville; sisters, Debbie Chestnut of Wilmington and Tammy Jones (William) of Whiteville; four grandchildren, Kayla Squires, Jodi Duncan, Jacey Duncan, Anna Squires; five great-grandchildren, Bradon, Jennah, Layla, Ryler, and Leighton.
