Karl "Jeff" Jefferson Wright

Karl Jefferson “Jeff” Wright, 51, of the Beaverdam community in Chadbourn, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Jeff was born on July 26, 1972. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Wright.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Worthington Funeral Home, with Jeff’s mother-in-law, Pastor Annelle Waldron, officiating; burial will follow in the family cemetery.

A time of visitation will be held between the hours of 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday evening, in the Worthington Funeral Home chapel.

Jeff was the owner and operator of Tint Wizard in Whiteville, NC. He was a fighter and fought the good fight until the end.

To cherish his memory, Jeff leaves behind his loving wife, Lori Anne Wright of the home; three daughters:  Johnnie-Claire Wright of Whiteville, Josie Wright, Kylie Wright, both of the home; mother, Wanda Rozier (Morris) of Chadbourn; sister, Wendy W. Ingersoll (Lucas) of Little River; brother, Mike Connor of Chadbourn.
