JUDY VANN MARTIN WATTS Judy Vann Martin Watts, 70, of Brunswick, NC, died Friday, September 10, 2010 at Brunswick Cove Nursing Center, Leland, NC. Judy was born in Columbus Co., NC, on November 6, 1939, the daughter of the late Van Buren and Laura Lewis Alford Martin. She was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Watts. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and was retired from Topps Tobacco Company in Lake Waccamaw, NC after 13 years of service. Judy enjoyed traveling to the mountains of North Carolina and Tennessee whenever she could and was able. She enjoyed cooking and was a collector of many cookbooks. She will be truly missed by her family and all who knew and loved her. Surviving is her son, Randy Kienholz and wife, Kim of Augusta, GA; two grandchildren, Mary Margaret and Tyler; two brothers, Jimmy Martin of Brunswick, NC and Seth Martin and wife, Jennifer of Wilmington, NC; one nephew and two nieces and other extended family. The family will receive friends from 6:30 - 8:30 pm Monday at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn, NC. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday at Westminster Presbyterian Church by Rev. Kerry Peeler. Interment will follow in Whiteville Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church, 307 S. Franklin St., Whiteville, NC 28472.
