Mrs. Judith Smith Johnson, age 68 of Bladenboro died Sunday, May 24, 2009 at Columbus Regional Health System in Whiteville. Funeral services were conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Oak Dale Baptist Church with Reverend Bobby McNair officiating. Interment followed in Union Valley Baptist Church Cemetery. She was the widow of Robert G. Johnson and the daughter of the late Clelia Tyner and Worth Dewey Smith, Sr. She is survived by two daughters, Karen J. Martin of Bladenboro and Lisa J. Soles of Whiteville; three sisters, Susie Harrelson of Whiteville, Shelby Wright of Goose Creek, SC, and Linda Cartrette of Whiteville; three brothers, James A. Smith of Supply, Willis C. Smith of Evergreen, and Worth D. Smith, Jr. of Whiteville; 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn handled the arrangements No service information has been added.
