John Robert Page, 72, passed away Thursday, April 3, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Robert was born May 31, 1952 and was the son of the late Reverend Robert C. Page and Margie Jones Page of Aynor, SC.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Worthington Funeral Home.
A private graveside service will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at Whiteville Memorial Cemetery.
Robert attended Wingate College and graduated from Campbell College with a degree in music. He taught marching band at North Myrtle Beach High School, Hallsboro High School, East Columbus High School, and Columbus County Middle Schools, Williams Township, Guideway, and Old Dock. He enjoyed music, collecting World War II memorabilia, and travel, but his greatest joy came from spending time with his family.
Robert leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 46 years, Cynthia Bullock Page; his son, John Robert Page II (Nicole); his daughter, Sara Page Goff (Jeffery); three grandchildren, Julia Page, Jacob and Abby Goff; and his sister, Sylvia Page of Aynor, SC.
