John Wayne Webb, age 46 of the St. James Community of Lake Waccamaw died Sunday, December 20, 2009 at his residence. Final rites will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at St. James Missionary Baptist Church with Reverend Graylen Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in the St. James Memorial Cemetery, Lake Waccamaw. He is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Jackie Lowry Webb of the home; sons, Joshua Wayne Webb and Michael Andrew Webb both of the home; a daughter, Rebecca Nicole Webb of the home; parents, John Wesley and Laura Mitchell Webb of Lake Waccamaw; brothers, Jimmy Dean Webb of Lake Waccamaw and Glenn L. Webb of Lumberton; a sister, Loretta Lynn Chavis of Lake Waccamaw. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn. No service information has been added.
