Lake Waccamaw - Mrs. Jessie Ruth Marlowe Sibbett, age 62 of Lake Waccamaw died Saturday, August 1, 2009 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday at Worthington Funeral Home with Reverend Ray Best officiating. Interment will follow in Lake Waccamaw Hillcrest Cemetery. She was the daughter of the late Italy and Grace Boswell Marlowe. She is survived by her husband, Frank Arthur Sibbett of the home; daughter, D.D. Sibbett Brown of Lake Waccamaw; a son, Brian A. Sibbett of Sanford; sisters, Crystal Jones of Sharpsburg, Faye Howard of Murrells Inlet, SC, and Betty Todd of Murrells Inlet, SC; three grandchildren. Visitation will be held 6-8 pm Sunday at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn. No service information has been added.
