Janice Elaine Faulk Patty, 77, of Chadbourn, went home to be with Jesus on Monday, August 11, 2025 at her residence, surrounded by her family.

Janice was born on December 11, 1947, daughter of the late Charlie Bardin Faulk and Pearlie Theatus Nance Faulk. In addition to her parents, Janice was also preceded in death by her siblings, Lorona Jernigan, Ralph Faulk, Leona Williams, Wilton Faulk, Calvin Faulk, Hubert Faulk, Virginia Strickland, Lillian Edwards.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at Worthington Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Moore and Pastor Tony Ward officiating; burial will follow in the Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2:00-2:45 p.m. prior to the service on Wednesday.

The surviving family includes her loving husband, Wayne Franklin Patty; daughter, Sebrina Lynn Wilson and husband, Michael; grandchildren, Meghan Wilson, Kaleb Wilson, and Jacob Wilson; sisters, Ila Hinson, Minnie Branch, and Margie Kelly.
