Frederick Murphy Obituary

Frederick Richard "Rick" Murphy, age 70 of North Myrtle Beach, SC passed on Sunday, October 1, 2017 at the Lower Cape Fear Hospice and Lifecare Angel House in Whiteville, NC. A memorial service will be held at a later date. He was preceded in death by his companion, James Leslie Fisher and his parents, Margaretta Ashcroft Murphy and Edward Daniel Murphy. He is survived by a sister, Ella Jane Fritz of Virginia. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Cathy Kotch of Waterford, Virginia, Shari Wince of Great Falls, Virginia, Eddie Fritz and Bill Fritz of Bluemont, Virginia and a multitude of extended family and friends around the world.
