Frankie (Nobles) Scott

Frankie Nobles Scott, 79, of Tabor City, died on Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Angel House in Whiteville.

Frankie was born on July 6, 1944, in Columbus County to the late Marshal C. Nobles and Hazel Ward Nobles. Frankie was also preceded in death by her son, Richard Scott and sister, Rebecca Nobles Green.

A celebration of life service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at the Worthington Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Mark Player officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. 

Survivors include her husband Billie Gene Scott of the home; siblings, Marshall Ray Nobles & Patricia of Whiteville, Gale N. Piver of Wilmington, Mitchell C. Nobles & Jelly of Singapore, Harry Nobles & Cathy of Bogalusa, LA, Larry Nobles of Fair Bluff, Cherry N. Godwin of Little Rock, AR.
