Mrs. Emma Mae Robinson Green, Age 87 of Chadbourn died Thursday, July 1, 2010 at Premier Living at Lake Waccamaw. She was the widow of Jesse C. Green, Sr. and the daughter of the late Lonnie and Gertrude Nobles Robinson. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, July 4, 2010 at China Grove Baptist Church with Reverend Thomas Fairfax. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Green Aycock and husband, Delaney of Leland; sons, Jesse C. Green, Jr. and wife, Bobbie of North Myrtle Beach, SC, Orval L. Green and wife, Rhonda of Chadbourn and Ronald Green and wife, Wanda of Lake Waccamaw; a brother, J.W. Robinson and wife, Zylthia of Chadbourn; grandchildren, Greta Lewis and Jody of Benson, Crystal Green of Whiteville, Tammie Rhodes and spouse, Mark of Garner, Heather Batten and spouse, Henry of Lake Waccamaw, Lauren Aycock of Leland and Matthew Aycock of Leland; great-grandchildren, Brandon, Brookie, Collin, Madison, Taylor, Emily, Addisyn, and Starr. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Community Home Care & Hospice of Whiteville and Premier Living of Lake Waccamaw for the excellent care given to our mother during her illness.
