Elaine Webb Horne, 85, of the Ward Station Community of Chadbourn, met her Lord on Thursday evening, February 27, 2025, at her daughter’s home in Roanoke, VA.
Elaine was born on April 14, 1939, daughter of the late Jessie Webb and Mae Webb Saunders.
Graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at the Horne Cemetery (Rough and Ready Road) with Pastor Jonathan Simmons officiating.
The visitation will be held from 1:00-1:45 prior to the graveside service, at Worthington Funeral Home.
The surviving family includes her husband, Grady Horne of Chadbourn; daughters, Lois Garcia of Chadbourn, and Teresa Williams of Roanoke, VA; four grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Angel House/Lower Cape Fear LifeCare (206 Warrior Trail, Whiteville, NC 28472)
