Douglas "Steven" Shaw age 55, of Chadbourn, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2025 at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville. 

Douglas was born on January 28, 1970 to the late Macon Douglas Shaw and Peggy Jean Duncan.

Celebration of life will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Worthington Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6:00-6:45 p.m. prior to the service. 

Survivors include his wife, Ashleigh Shaw of the home; daughter Madeleine Shaw of Warner Robins, GA; granddaughter, Adeleine Vincent; step-son, Logan Nobles; mother-in-law, Doris J. Simmons.
