Mr. David Len Ward, age 30 of the Rico Community in Whiteville, died on Friday, July 10, 2020, at his home. David was born on November 22, 1989, to David Lee Ward and Ruby Lee Williamson Ward. Arrangements will be announced soon. David was a carpenter in the construction industry. Survivors include his wife, Angel Elizabeth Strickland, of the home; children, Sidney Landis and Hyland Chase Ward, both of Whiteville; siblings, Thelbert Junior Grainger, of Whiteville, Jamie Lynn Edwards, of Whiteville, Jimmy Earl Grainger, of Whiteville, Lisa Edwards Gargus, of Arkansas, and Charlie Lee Ward, of Tabor City.
