David Rayburn Corbitt, age 54 of Loris and formerly of Whiteville died Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at Loris Community Hospital in Loris, SC. A memorial service will be held at a later date. He was the son of the late Rayburn and Burnell Blocker Corbitt. He is survived by a sister, Betty Sue Ashburn of Dinton, Ohio. and two nieces, Lisa Fisher and Lynell W. Mishoe. Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn is handling the arrangements. No service information has been added.
