Corey Adam Soles

Corey Adam Soles, age 29 of Chadbourn, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023, in Horry County.

Adam was born on May 15, 1993. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Billy Batten and Maggie Mae Batten. 

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 21, 2022 at Worthington Funeral Home, with Pastor Heath Connor officiating. Burial will follow in the Batten Family Cemetery in Chadbourn. 

The family will speak to friends from 1:00-1:45, prior to the service on Saturday, at the funeral home. 

Adam assisted his father in operating Soles' Towing & Recovery Service in Chadbourn. 

Adam leaves behind his wife, Courtney Faith Soles; three children, Nova Grace Soles, Brantley Adam Soles, and Carson River Soles, all of the home; his parents, Scotty Soles (Sandy McKenzie) of Chadbourn, Christy Batten Priest (Roy) of Evergreen; maternal grandparents, Welton & Ann Batten of Cerro Gordo; paternal grandparents, Jimmy & Katherine Soles of Chadbourn; his "brother", Wesley Williams. He also leaves behind his aunts, Julia Hucks and husband, Will, of Aynor, SC, Marsha Hines and husband, Jeff; husband, Peter Whaley and wife, Beverly and Dan Grainger and wife, Lisa; a special niece, Natalie; cousins, Aaron Hines, Hunter Hines, Jessica Hines, Madisyn Hines, Kaylee Hucks, and Kason Hucks.
