Collin Thomas Caines

Collin Thomas Caines, age 16 of the Union Valley Community in Whiteville, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at his home.

Collin was born on May 4, 2004 in Columbus County. He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Rae Floyd Caines.

A memorial will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn, with Rev. Willard McPherson officiating. 

Collin was a Junior at Whiteville High School.

He is survived by his father, Christopher “Chris” Franklin Caines of the home; brother, Jacob Christopher Caines of the home; paternal grandparents, Terry Caines and Debra Zandy of Whiteville; maternal grandmother, Phyllis Rowell of Whiteville; maternal grandfather, Thomas "Tommy" Ray Floyd of Whiteville.
