Charlie McKeever Blackwell

Charlie McKeever Blackwell, age 75 of Whiteville passed on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation in Whiteville. Final rites will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, May 21, 2018 at Worthington Funeral Home with Reverend Wayne Griffin officiating. Interment will follow in the Wards Station Church of God Cemetery, Chadbourn. The family will receive friends 6:00 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Worthington Funeral Home. He was the son of the late Ola Jane Spivey Blackwell and Howard Blackwell; and was preceded in death by three siblings, Mary Jane McDonald, Brenda Faye Norris and Billy Ray Blackwell. Survivors include three children, Dianna B. Stewart of Whiteville, Harold Dean Blackwell and Scott Allen Blackwell both of Cerro Gordo; two siblings, Carol B. Turbeville and James Blackwell both of Clarkton; four grandchildren, Charlie Dean Blackwell, Amanda Sue Blackwell, Elaine Michelle Blackwell and Scott Maverick Blackwell.
