Brandon Wayne Ward, age 43 of Clarendon passed on Friday, June 12, 2026.

Final rites will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026 3:00 p.m. at the Worthington Funeral Home Chapel.  Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service.

Interment will follow in the Blanton Cemetery in Ash.

He was the son of the late Dwayne Ward and also preceded by his paternal grandmother, Mary Jo Fowler Small (Steve), paternal grandfather, Donald Ward and maternal grandfather, John Canady.  He is survived by his maternal grandparents, Sharon and John Watts of Clarendon.

Brandon is also survived by his special significant other, Anna Powell of the home; three children, Bentley Caison Ward, Briah Cullyn Ward both of the home and stepdaughter, Brison Ward of Tabor City; his mother, Sherry Deana Canady Ward of Clarendon; his bonus mother, Brooke Canady of the home; siblings, Merdith Ward and her mother, Jamie of Tabor City and Nickeal White of the home; uncles, Timothy “Timmy”  Ward (Christina) of Tabor City and Rodney Ward (Dawn) of Tabor City.
