Annie Lou Walker Coleman, age 81 of Chadbourn, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

She was the daughter of the late Carr Walker and Jessie Lee Blackwell Walker and was also preceded in death by a son, Johnny Eugene Burgess.

She is survived by three daughters, Macie McPherson Batten of Chadbourn, Sherry Jeanette Perez of Whiteville and Doria Ann Burgess Lance of Tabor City; three siblings, Christine Walker Floyd of Cerro Gordo, Donald Walker of Wilmington and Judy Mae Walker Boswell of Cerro Gordo; 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
