Annabella Nicole Vasquez Mendez, 7 weeks old infant of Hope Danniell Haynes Mendez and Nicolas Vasquez Mendez of St. Pauls died Saturday, October 31, 2009 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Sealey-Haynes Cemetery near Cerro Gordo with Reverend Charles Dudley officiating. In addition to her parents she is survived by two brothers, Juan Soto, Jr. and Adrian V. Mendez both of the home; maternal grandparents, Teresa S. and Esteban Abonza of Fair Bluff and Gregory Haynes of Cerro Gordo; paternal grandparents, Jose Capertino Vaquez Castanon and Mannela Mendez Sanches of Culo, Guatemala; maternal great-grandparents, Mayberry and Geneva Strickland of Cerro Gordo and Betty Haynes of Cerro Gordo. No service information has been added.
