Sherwood Robinson Obituary

Sherwood Ray Robinson, age 67 of the China Grove community in Chadbourn, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2018 at his home. Born in Columbus County, he was the son of the late Joseph William J.W." Robinson and Zylthia Rae McColskey Robinson. Sherwood was also preceded in death by his daughter, Dawne Starr Robinson and a sister, Regina Robinson Yribe. Survivors include his son, Johnathan Scott Robinson of Cerro Gordo; a daughter, Amy Michele Robinson of Myrtle Beach, SC; grandchildren Starr Dew, Tristan Cash, Sara Norris, Jayla Robinson, Emily, and Luke Robinson. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at China Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with J.B. McPherson officiating. A service of Worthington Funeral Home, Chadbourn.
