Rita "Jane" Judson Pait Edwards, age 67 of Bladenboro passed on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. Final rites will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 23, 2018 at New Center Baptist Church with Reverend Kevin Kinlaw officiating. Interment will follow in the Kelly Cemetery, Bladenboro. The family will receive friends 6-8:00 p.m. Sunday at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn; She was the daughter of the late Pearl Todd Judson and Charles William Judson. To cherish her memory she leaves her husband, Horace Woody Edwards of the home; four children, Bobby Ray Pait, II (Belinda Garcia) of Baytown, TX, Barbie Pait Davis (Carey) of White Oak, Christopher Daniel Pait (Meleah) of Bladenboro and Jason Robert Pait (Donna) of Bladenboro; step-children, Andy Horace Edwards of Clarkton, Sandie Kay Edwards Pittman (Randy) of Bladenboro, Randy Edwards (Crystal) of Whiteville; siblings, Phoebe Judson Merritt of Altamonte Springs, FL, Tommy Judson of Bladenboro, Jamie Judson of Orlando, FL and Elgie Judson Brown of Whiteville; 18 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
