Mr. Charles Robinson

Charles Robinson, age 62 of Cerro Gordo, passed away at the Carolinas Hospital System in Florence, SC on Thursday, January 3, 2019. Born on November 1, 1956 in Whiteville, NC, he was the son of the late William Boyd Robinson and Ms. Susie Newman Robinson. Also, preceding Charles in death were three of his siblings, Glenwood Warren Robinson, Edward Eugene Robinson, and David Lee Robinson. A Memorial Service celebrating Charles' life will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 7, 2019 in the Worthington Funeral Home Chapel; Rev. Jerry Spivey will officiate the service. To cherish his memory, Charles leaves behind two sons, Charles Ryan Robinson of Hope Mills, Burris Bryan Robinson of Longs, SC, two twin daughters, Kristen H. Karst of Pelion, SC & Haley D. Karst of Pelion, SC; 3 Siblings, Betty Lou Spivey of Whiteville, Louise R. Greene of Cerro Gordo, Robert Dewayne Robinson of Chadbourn; 5 Grandchildren and 3 Great-grandchildren. The family is receiving friends at Charles sister, Louise's home in Cerro Gordo. A service of Worthington Funeral Home, Chadbourn.
