Derrick Cribb Obituary

Mr. Derrick Lynn Cribb, age 33 of Whiteville, met the Lord on Wednesday, November 14, 2018. Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 30, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in the Worthington Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Brad Hardwhick and Pastor Bo Chapel officiating. Interment will follow in the Cribbtown cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until 2:00 ( 2 hours prior) at Worthington Funeral Home. Derrick was an avid nuclear welder and was a faithful member of Welcome Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church in Chadbourn, NC. He was such a joyful soul and never hesitated to share a smile with someone. He was a friend to many and because of the love he displayed, he impacted the lives of everyone he came in contact with. To cherish his precious memory, he leaves his wife, Charidy Norris Cribb of the home; two beloved children, Bayley Cribb and Zoey Cribb both of the home; his parents, Dorinda Jo Norris Cribb and Royal Dale Cribb of Chadbourn; a sister, Carla C. Patrick of Whiteville; and his maternal grandmother, Betty Norris Watts of Chadbourn. Worthington Funeral Home is serving the family.
