Carol Kelly Obituary

Carol Ann Sellers Kelly age 75 of Shallotte and formerly of Columbus County passed on Monday, February 12, 2018 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington. Final rites will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Worthington Funeral Home with interment following in the McPherson Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2:00 3:00 p.m. Wednesday (one hour prior) at Worthington Funeral Home. She was the widow of Gene Kelly and the daughter of the late Mary Edith Hewitt Sellers and Crumwell Sellers. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Renee Evans; three siblings, Alton Sellers, Nancy Kaye Sellers and Sue Tyler. She is survived by a son, Christopher Scott Cribb and his wife, Robin of Chadbourn; siblings, Gene Sellers of Chadbourn, Johnny Sellers of Chadbourn, Jerry Sellers of Tabor City and Terri Lynn Coleman of Fair Bluff; five grandchildren including, Ashton Malpass and his wife, Hope of Delco and Candie Lawson and her husband, Chris of Tobaccoville; and four great-grandchildren.
