Brenda Gail Long Brown, age 64 of N. Myrtle Beach, SC and formerly of Chadbourn went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 05, 2017 at her residence. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, October 9, 2017 at Chadbourn Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Donald Conway officiating. The family will receive friends 5:00 6:00 p.m. Monday (one hour prior to the service) at the church. Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn is serving the family. She was the daughter of the late Margaret Lewis Long and John Henry Long. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Buddy Long. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Kenneth Ray Brown of the home; a daughter, Kimberly Brown Noble (Matthew) of Chadbourn; a son, Kenneth Travis Brown (Noel) of North Myrtle Beach, SC; three siblings, Timothy Guy Long (Ramona) of Chadbourn, Belinda Long Nobles of Chadbourn and Dean Long (Glenda) of Evergreen; four grandchildren, Austin Brown, Ethan Brown, Noah Noble and Olivia Noble.
